Mal: Yeah, well, just be careful. We cheated Badger out of good money to buy that frippery, and you're supposed to make me look respectable. Kaylee: Yes, sir, Captain Tightpants.

Update:

Inn on the Park has no rooms available for June 20-22. Since we weren't specific in our request (it was sent before we chose a date), they only held dates for us for May. We can take them off the list.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

So it sounds like Candlewood and InnTowner are our finalists?

I'd lean Candlewood, based on cost, wifi, etc. But I'd love to get either locked down ASAP. What do we need to do here, Sail?

Seriously, I don't have a clue! I've never paid attention when we were deciding on hotels, all I ever cared about were the dates. Seems to me we just sort of concensed.

Cool. Why don't we start by getting a poll going for a couple of days to pick (unless we think we can consense here?) - then we'd need to get confirmations from the hotel on rates/availability. I'm think we should do that no later than Monday.

Brenda, I think the first thing I should do is give both of those hotels a call tomorrow to make sure either of them have our dates available.

Okay, before my cell crapped out on me I managed to get ahold of the InnTowner. They are booked full up for their regular rooms for June 20 and 21. That only leaves their executive suites and I don't think we want to pay those prices. My cell died while I was talking to Candlewood and I can't make long distance calls from work. I don't know if I'll get home in time to call them back today. We're supposed to get 6-8 inches of snow, so I know my commute home is going to be pretty slow. I'll keep everyone updated as I find out more.

Want me to call? If you send me the details I can do that.
