We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Did someone mention slacking...?

I'm looking forward to June!! My mom and I are planning our April Florida trip, which I'm getting revved for, but I'm even more bubbly over the Madison trip!

So what's involved with getting from Milwaukee to Madison? AirTran is having a really good leap year day sale tomorrow: $59 each way to Milwaukee and Chicago.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Just off the top of my head, it'd be about an hour and 20-ish minutes from the Milwaukee airport to Madison.

Milwaukee to Madison is pretty much the bus. Badger Bus costs $20 one way. It sounds like Brenda is going to be stopping in Milwaukee on her way to Madison, you might want to see if that's a possible hook up.

Maria! Saw your post over in Beep Me, and I just e-mailed you. I'm up here in Wheeling, right next door to where you'll be at, and would love a get-together.

Would other Chicago-istas be interested in schlepping up here to the NW 'burbs, or would the city work better for y'all? If it's a question of transportation, I can pick anyone up at the Metra station in Wheeling or Northbrook.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Kathy, I'll probably ping you back later tomorrow. I won't be able to do anything Saturday (funeral), but as of right now Sunday is wide open. If people find that something works for them tomorrow during the day, go ahead and make the plan. I'm up for anything, either in the city or out. All I need is an address and a time.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

This is very long-lead, but I'm going to be in SF the second weekend in August for a wedding. The wedding is on a Friday (8/8/08, along with about 15 bazillion other Chinese weddings), so I'll basically have all weekend free to hang with 'ffistas! Whee!

Also, if anyone is free to babysit while we're at the ceremony, it would be AWESOMELY cool of you. He'll be 14 months at that point.

(If it were up to me and I had unlimited funds, I'd start at Comic-Con and just work my way up the coast for the next week and a half visiting people. Unfortunately, such is not the case. But if anyone wants to come up to SF and meet me...)

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'm not sure what my Sunday will look like yet but keep me posted on any plans that develop. I'd love to see MFNLaw, and the rest of the Chicagoans.
