Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Hey, we might need catering for the Prom, right? My sis and her GF are excellent caterers....

Squee!!!!

Can we meet the snephews?

Our wings are not tired

it is one of the weekends I think ND and I should both be able to make...hopefully...

If I have the time off, I'm half tempted to make a road trip out of it.

Now tagless for your comfort.

What kind of timeline should we be looking at for choosing the venue? I've got the spreadsheet started and SailAweigh sent me the proposals so I can finish it. Once I get a good comparison up, we can post them and let folks vote on a venue.

If we decide by the end of March, that gives us April and May to budget and figure out fundage.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Can we meet the snephews?

Possibly. Sis and GF will probably want to meet my "weird internet friends."

(I'm not sure if they ever actually used that phrase.)

If I have the time off, I'm half tempted to make a road trip out of it.

From LA? That's a long drive. But fun! (I'll have to do it again one of these years.)

Yeah, it is crazy long, but I've done the one to Cincinnati from here or San Diego more than once and it's fun to be able to see different parts of the country that way. It depends on it we have the time and if Kristin is game to spend that much time in the car.

Our wings are not tired.

We should be in Otter Lake by then and I am seriously considering the road trip. Maybe with my sister. I looked at the route. Over to Buffalo, around the lakes. About 14-15 hours. Have big van. My boys would be next door to their grandparents so they can stay alone. Road trip!
