It depends on what polling site gets used - on MrPoll, there's a link to the results on the same page as the poll so anyone can see them. SurveyMonkey looks like they don't release the results until the poll closes.

ETA: I just investigated. I can't share results without giving access to my own info unless I upgrade to a pay account, which I'd rather not spend the money to do since it's $19.95/month, $59.85/quarter, or $200/year.
