Angel: I appreciate you guys looking out for Connor all summer. It's just—he's confused. He needs time. That's all. Fred: Right. Time, and some corporal punishment with a large heavy mallet. Not that I'm bitter.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Hey DCistas - dates are finalized. I'll be in your fair burg next Friday, the 18th and Saturday the 19th.

Who's down for what activities? My friend and I will be doing tours of some kind Friday, I believe, but I/we should be open for dinner. On Saturday I'll be trying to do a bit more of the tourist thing on my own, but I'm open for lunch, or I suppose brunch or breakfast. And of course, anyone who wants to play tourist is welcome.

And can someone please, please, please offer a sofa for the Friday night? Friend has to be back in Pasadena for Saturday, so just me for the night so I can get in the extra day of sightseeing. Please?

And did I mention please?

Soo looking forward to this!

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

I'll be in your area in June or July, if not sooner, askye!

askye, there hasn't been a lot of talk about it yet. I posted some pimpage for Madison: SailAweigh "F2F 4: Too Much Candy, Never Enough Mojitos." Dec 3, 2007 8:07:13 am PST

I believe other cities have been mentioned, St. Louis and Kansas City, I think. But we do really need to get going on this if it's going to get done.

Our wings are not tired.

My travel being so very coastal I have never been to Madison, St. Louis, or Kansas City. All good to me.

Aww. Were I still in DC, my couch would be yours, Epic. All convenient to the metro and everything. But alas, I am in rainy rainy Seattle...

(My best friend just sent me the other half of my Christmas present, a big DC calendar!)

Aw. Thanks for the thought anyway, meara.

And hey, I haven't been to Seattle yet, either. I could still take advantage of your hospitality some other time!

edited because I have no urge to take advantage of your hospital

Epic, if you need a couch, I'm happy to offer you ours. You slept on it in our wee Berkeley apartment, only now it comes with en-suite and some actual privacy.

We're in Takoma Park, with easy Red-Line Metro access (about a mile flat walk through town, or a bus at the corner).

I can't remember if allergies are an issue for you, but we do have a dog, now.

Click here for a super smiley picture from the recent DC F2F.

awesome pics!

Mal was a complete gentleman and shared all of his trucks with Iris. And his goldfish. She keeps asking when we'll see him again.

Epic, if you need a couch, I'm happy to offer you ours.

we can vouch for the goodness of Sparky accommodations. And for cuteness of Sparky puppy.
