Ann, that's a ferret.

I think we could do brunch either day.

[Permanent and Temporary] DCistas - would brunch on the 30th or 31st appeal? Dinner on the 30th would work for me as well.

I could do any of those, too.

Just name the time and place and I will be there!

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Go me!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

So, Sunday brunch good for all? Any suggestions as to where? I'm in NoVa, but good with anywhere on the Metro.

My search for the perfect brunch still continues, but we could do Penn Quarter. There's chain brunch at Clyde's [link] latin dim sum brunch [link] local brunch at the Chophouse [link] nice but a little pricey brunch at Poste [link] etc, etc. I also seem to recall a nice brunch in Adams Morgan (I think meara found it?), or there's drag brunch in Adams Morgan as well [link] Metro accessible with a bit of a hike. We could also go classic DC with Old Ebbitt [link]

Our wings are not tired.

All I ask for is something within easy Metro range. I still don't know where we're staying, but probably in Arlington since the Sheraton is so cheap. I'd prefer to eat some place that isn't a chain, but ya know, I'm just happy to be along for the ride. :P

Ann, that's a ferret.

My office is holiday lunching at the Chophouse this week. I can give a report. It's hard to go wrong with Old Ebbitt.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Ooh I just remembered the Father's Day when my Dad took the train downtown and I took him to the Field Museum and the Chicago Chop house. Damn I miss that city. Small world too, in the train station I ran into my friend who was taking the train out to Des Plaines to spend the day with his dad.

That was....shoot....um, we ended up having brunch there for the drag king weekend too....Left Bank, I think it's called?

I could be into any of those, really. Though, is Poste better than it was when we went there for Restaurant Week a few years back, Vortex?
