I'm in! Oct. 27, correct? Park Chow is a lot more doable for my side of the Bay, and I'd love to see VW again. Also, VW? I work in Oakland, as do a few people... maybe we could also meet for lunch on your Thursday or Friday?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: Madison, WI from June 20-22 2008! Official website.
VW, I'd love to meet you, especially since you already met my cousin Buffy in Chicago! I have plans that Saturday night already, but am available to join whatever's happening on Monday night? If that woudn't be too intrusive?
Oh, I would love that! Except, Monday night I'll be on the redeye back to Boston. Shoot.

Oh, nice. Let me look at which day would be better, as far as the conference schedule goes, and let you know.
Well, we have a reservation at Delancey Street at 6:30 on Saturday (October 27th). If anyone else wants to join us, please send a note to my profile addy. I'll update the reservation a couple of days before.
Ok - I know I had said we would go Park Chow, but after they put me on terminal hold twice and then hung up on me twice, I figured they didn't want the reservation.
I called Delancey and they were fine with the group, no mention of a fixed menu and we are set.
While we're at it, on Friday 26 October my plane gets into SFO at 10:30 am, and I don't have to fly out again until 7:10 pm. Allowing time for clearing customs, any SFistas free to do lunch 'n' stuff?

Yeah, why don't you come downtown. You can see me, Juliana and megan walker. Maybe Suzi could shoot over from the East Bay.
If you meet somewhere near BART, that is a possibility.
The Delancey Street web site you linked to doesn't give the address-- where is it Someone mentioned good parking at Delancey street--what's the best place to park near there? Also, is it Bartable?
Delancey is not too far from where we had breakfast with Meara.
Ah.
Right by the meara place; a several-blocks walk from BART, so the walkability depends on your definition of "doable."
IIRC, nearby street parking is reasonably easy to find -- there was a Saturday evening Delancey Street F2F a few months ago that I dropped in on at the last minute, and I found street parking a block away very easily (and then saw two more spots right on the corner across the street from the restaurant).
