So, real!Lawrence this year, fake!Lawrence next year?
Yes. Except we'll tell people it was just one F2F, and when we post photos online we'll use indoor shots from Lawrence and outdoor shots from Vancouver.

Hate to be a killjoy, but isn't Lawrence at least 30 miles away from any major airport?
I wonder if they rent Metallicars in Topeka...
Isn't there some spooky thing that is/was going to turn up on SPN that happened in Lawrence?
But... but... but... they have a UFO museum.
So does Roswell, and you don't hear anyone suggesting an F2F there.

...yet.
I just want to know if Lawrence, KS has a William S. Burroughs museum yet.
Or theme park.

I'll prep the mix tapes for everyone's entrance into town.
But isn't the Lawrence from which your fannishness arises really Vancouver?

Kansas City International Airport (MCI), just 45 minutes northeast is serviced by most major airlines
How far out have the airports been for other places?
MCI is quite a way out from the actual city, to be fair about things.
eta: It probably takes 30 minutes to get to KC, KS - so Lawrence would be 15 minutes more.
You know that there is a hellmouth just outside of Lawrence?
