Reavers ain't men. Or they forgot how to be. Now they're just nothing. They got out to the edge of the galaxy, to that place of nothing, and that's what they became.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Awww, Bev, thanks for the perfect prom recap. I neglected to mention your utter cute-itude with the tiara. So that was bicyclops rocking out, eh? The names and faces are coming together.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Of course, when she started dancing again, we were all struck dumb. I knew one of the calls sounded like the name of a state, but the only one I could think of was Ohio!, and that just didn't sound right.

Iowa!

(although not spelled that way.)

Unrelatedly, Medicine!

(maybe two people will get that joke)

eta: and, to be fair (or spread the blame), I was not the only dude who was cross-dressing. And besides, it wasn't a dress....

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

No, it was sort of like Indonesian rompers!

We made out like queens at that thrift store! That dress cost me $15, which is surely going to be a contender for the bargain of the year. (Even if that includes my red velveteen jacket!)

Pictures will happen, I promise! I keep breaking Ginger's internet trying to upload. Please, be patient.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Another wonderful discovery that none of us would ever make online is that Askye sounds exactly like Angela Montenegro on Bones. We kept hearing her when she was out of direct sight and going, "Angela?" We made her sprinkle things like "Hodges," "I reconstructed from the available data, but I made her look happy," "Tempie," and other Angela-esque sayings randomly into her speech. Cool fun!

Am sitting on ac ompletely packed dc-9, 2 feet from an engine. At least this leg is only an hour.

I caught Trudy making askye say things like "Brennan, Booth really does love me." I think she may have been a little drunk....

(Oh, and the red velvet jacket was bought at Poor Little Rich Girl in Somerville a few months ago -- not at Psycho Sisters here.)

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I love the pictures. and they make me fell feel, not jealous, but wistful. I love the adventure that seems to be a part of the F2F

Ginger's wonky wifi finally decided to cooperate long enough to finish loading the prom pics I took. Enjoy!

Of note, there is now an Official Buffista Raiment. There were challenges laid forth and the loser was bicyclops. He complied with, well, I wouldn't necessarily call it dignity, but definitely with flare.

Heh. I totally thought Jean Harlow with Brenda too.

bicyclops definitely knows how to work the catwalk.
