We need a white board in the Hospitality Suite to show what's happening, or we all need to sync our Palm Pilots, or we need to establish a buddy system, or something so no one misses out and no one thinks s/he's not invited! (Thinking of myself, naturally. If the white board is under the stairs, I'll be sure to see it.)
