Wash: So, two days in a hospital? That's awful. Don't you just hate doctors? Simon: Hey. Wash: I mean, present company excluded. Jayne: Let's not be excluding people. That'd be rude.

Our wings are not tired.

Katie Bee! That is such good news. Excellent choice for a hug proxy because she is very huggable. We will still miss you so very much.

JZ, the avatar answer is clearly to send Matilda with Katerina Bee, as her lap child on the plane. She flies free!

For people who haven't bought their tickets, AirTran just announced a good two-day sale.

Something some people might be interested in doing: [link] Sadly, the premise does not seem to require that Keith Hamilton Cobb take off his shirt.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Who's up for the Shakespeare Tavern on Friday? Tickets are about $20, and they're showing The Taming of the Shrew. Food service is before showtime (7:30) with dessert service during intermission. If we can figure out numbers and what type of seating, it'd be a good idea to get tix in advance.

(Personally I vote for Box Seats, since they're not much more expensive - a few bucks - but I can go with whatever. They also offer discounts for educators [bring your school ID to the show].)
