This money, it is too much. You should have some small refund.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Well, shoo. Either they never taught it at mine, or (more likely) one of my higher-math teachers mentioned it during one of the classes when I was sitting in the back crying and feeling stupid and I never heard it, which just makes me sad because it's exactly the kind of absurd/logical frickin' coolness that would've gotten me all hopped up and excited about math again.

Wow. I'm JZ in this. I don't get to say that very often, but being as one with JZ is not bad.

Tomorrow, I will also be like JZ in that I'll be in California (yeah!!!!), although not yet in the Bay Area. I can't believe that I leave here tomorrow morning.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Ohio & State, the Comfort Inn. Very close to the Grand stop.

Kathy, feel free to bring something if you want. That would be great!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Can someone email me (profile addy) Tom's cell #? and anything else that was sent to the Midwest List that I need? (I'm not sure if I'll stop home before heading downtown - if I don't, I won't be able to check email to the Midwest List.)

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

ChiKat, is it alright if I show up at your place a little early? I'm not sure how bad traffic is going to be on my way in, so I'm going to try to leave early enough that it won't pose significant problems. Although, it's Chicago, the traffic is always significant.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

If I don't have to stay for the preview tonight I can pick up Tom. Unfortunately I might not know that until 5:30.

Are there Scolapalooza plans for tomorrow? I have a rehearsal in the morning near State & Erie that I should be out of by noon.

I suppose I could head downtown to pick him up, and if you're able you could pick us both up.

Do you have Tom's and/or my cell #? (You need at least one Tom's cell #.)

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Plans for tomorrow are not yet so much plans as intentions. But all ideas welcome! And downtown sounds like a good place to start.
