Well, so much for the 7:30 alarm, I woke up at 6.40. Maybe Fay send me 'wakey-waves', I don't know.

I ll be there 11ish . yay
Homework is done, car is cleaned out, house is cleaned to "reasonable" crud levels. Gonna head over to the city in a bit - trying to wait out the commute traffic.
I'm taking off early to pack before I leave for the airport today. I figure I'm actually less likely to forget something if I do it that way. Besides, I think I'm becoming famous for forgetting something anyway and who am I to disappoint?
Sail, I am not going to make it to Target today as hoped, so maybe we can go Friday morning.
I have a huge number of folding umbrellas, and I would be happy to bring them up, just in case people need them who don't have them.
Good idea Perkins, I will throw a few umbrellas in the back of my car - just in case.
Although that may just be me, having spent nearly 20 hours travelling by that point and being a stroppy cow at the best of times.
Heh. I remember when I was going to Ireland, I got in at what would have been about 4 in the morning home time, and I got up to the "Why are you coming to Ireland?" desk. I was able to answer the "How long will you be here?" (two weeks) and "Where are you staying?" (youth hostel) well enough, but then the "What do you plan to do while you're here?" I kind of hit a blank. "Um, go around, see the cities and towns and stuff, look at museums and castles and nature-type stuff?" wasn't good enough, and got me a "You're coming into Ireland for two weeks, and don't have any specific plans? What are you really doing here?" line of questioning. Once I was finally able to remember, "Um, I think I'm going to go see the Book of Kells?" they decided I was probably safe. (So, lesson learned: when going to a foreign country, know the name of at least one tourist attraction.)
Nora - It should be 418, but check with the desk and make sure we are in there because it was occupied last night. I'm in 402 at the moment, but will be moving to 419 when it is available.
and I need to finish working and shower so I can do stuff!
So we're right there on the scene? Sweet.
Immediately across the hall roomie!
