Heh. Somewhere in the Oakland/SF area. I'll be inviting kids from both cities.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: Madison, WI from June 20-22 2008! Official website.
Maybe juliana's M's restaurant? Or is that too far?
I don't know. Deb let me know that there's a Buca di Beppo in town, great food and good for kids.
OH! Actual kids kids! I thought you meant kids = fun nickname for adults.
Maybe juliana's M's restaurant? Or is that too far?
When will it be? It's getting sold soon.
There's an Old Spaghetti Factory in Oakland on Jack London Square. There's also a ton of chain-type restaurants on Fisherman's Wharf, and all of them have private rooms.
But Buca works, as well.
HOWEVER, Vortex and I will be spending mucho time at M's place any way. Provided she's here before it's sold.

????
It just opened!
It just opened!
They only opened it so the liquor license won't expire, and they've been tring to sell the restaurant since before they opened. They want to own the building, not the restaurant operation, but the restaurant is much more valuable with the liquor & food license.
I LOVE JULIANA'S TAGLINE.
I posted in the wrong thread.
Oops.
Old Spaghetti Factory in Oakland is no more - unless they have reopened somewhere outside Jack London. OTOH, there is a Tony Roma's at Jack London and a TGIFridays.

Thought you would.
