You never know if a girl's gonna say 'yes', or if she's gonna laugh in your face and pull out your still-beating heart and crush it into the ground with her heel.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

GAH!

DAMN it.

VW, could you please please please ping me with the exact address and party info, in my email? Laura Anne Gilman's driving up from New Haven for the party, and she needs the full address, and can't find it, and neither can I, because I am an IDIOT.

Mostly lurking...

Not an idiot. And you have about three e-mails from me. Heading to bed soon, but we'll get it figured out.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Just for the record, I never got any responses from the Atlanta convention people. I've a couple other routes to check out, plus one specific hotel that was in my 'hood when I lived there that I think might be a good option, but Atlanta's not looking too shiny right now.

The status is NOT quo.

It's still a couple of weeks away, but I'll be in SF soon. Anyone around? (Beep Me for details.)

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Yay! Kristin!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Do we want to do our usual Helmand visitation?

If it involves eating that heavenly pumpkin, I approve. Although variety is fun too.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I'll be in Chicago the 4th-13th and we're going to see Serenity at The Music Box for the Midnight Movie on Saturday (assuming I don't have any major flight delays {knock wood}) who else will be there?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Helmand has the advantage of being delicious, able to seat a batch of people together and has close proximity to Juliana's drinky places. (Also known as, North Beach.)

I don't know if Matilda will be up for an evening outing, but we'll make sure her toes are on the menu for a Kristin visitation during her stay.
