Played with Kaylee. Sun came out, and I walked on my feet and heard with my ears. I ate the bits, the bits stayed down, and I work. I function like I'm a girl. I hate it because I know it'll go away. The sun goes dark and chaos has come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Long Beach is awesome. There were zero people in front of me at the security gate the time I flew out of there.

The status is NOT quo.

That's how Burbank is, too, but it takes just as long to get to Long Beach as it does to get to LAX from my place. It really depends on the POI of the people in question.

And Vortex, though I normally all about the shunning of Southwest in favor of Jet Blue, for a 45 minute flight with a teeny airport on both ends, totally worth it.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Isn't there an overnight train from LA to the Bay Area?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The Coastal Starlight? I think it's pretty pricey considering how long it takes, but I haven't looked at it in a while.

The trains are very unreliable. Betsy can tell you stories.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

::imagines Sean and juliana dueling it out to get Vortex in their city::

Tom also had a crap experience with the SF-LA trains. They are not to be trusted, methinks.

You mean how it was twelve hours late, and then I had to get out and take a bus for the last segment?

Hey, I tried to entertain you with text messages of stupid things. We were this close to coming down to the station to entertain you in real life when your train finally departed.
