The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Eddie is set out, ready to be packed.

Very subtle.

Oops. That wasn't a hint, though it's kind of funny that you think I would be subtle or indirect about it after all this time.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

we can get to Kristin's school around 3:30-ish.

Oh, actually, if Joe doesn't get home until then, I might just meet you at my place. That way I can actually park my car at home and no one needs to drive me into work in the morning. I'll be out of here no later than 3 so would be back at my place no later than 3:30.

Drew, btw, I have a hair appointment at 2:30 today and a vet appointment for Byron at 4:20. Then I have to pack. Oh, and did you drop off my drycleaning, perchance?

Nah, we're not busy, why do you ask?

If I only had a brain...

I apologize for being so incredibly memememe.

I have a long-scheduled two-day workshop on corset-making this weekend; there's no alternate date. This means I can't make the F2F as such. However, I can make it to the pre-prom Saturday; I expect I can get from Berkeley to the City by 5 or so.

Will anybody be hanging around the conference room? Can we meet up? I love you all, but I froze up both previous times I went to Prom, and I don't want to go for three. I'd rather just sit around and talk.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

This means I can't make the F2F as such.

Wha? This is so wrong.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Damn. But do come by, I'm sure there will be folks around.

Oh!

I have a long-scheduled two-day workshop on corset-making this weekend; there's no alternate date. This means I can't make the F2F as such.

Anyone have, or know where I can procure, corset strings?

If I only had a brain...

If you can wait for mail-order, Farthingales has them:

Well, I'm hoping for this weekend, though if that doesn't pan out I'll eventually order some.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Anyone have, or know where I can procure, corset strings?

In an emergency, poly-satin ribbon (found at any big fabric store) will work just fine.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Betsy, I promise to sit around with you. I'm bringing my knitting.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Will anybody be hanging around the conference room? Can we meet up?

I should be around watching vids at that time, and I want to meet you!
