1. Red Sox for Suzi (I tease, because I love)
Ok. I want to register my vote RIGHT NOW.
Anywhere but Boston. I tease, because I love too.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: Madison, WI from June 20-22 2008! Official website.

Also, just a reminder that there was some talk about pushing the F2F dates a little later in the year to give teachers/students a better chance of being able to attend, at least as far as their schedules are concerned.
Let me add to Val's list:
Toad's still there and it still rocks every night.
Toad's still there and it still rocks every night.
Oh yeah. But any night where Anita Suhein sings "I Got A Brand New Pair of Roller Skates" and "Jolene" back to back? Absolutely Fucking Magic.
I have no pimping to add to Boston other than, when I was there last week, it was very pretty. And the North End has very, very good Italian food.
New York, on the other hand, well, here are some reasons off the top of my head:
1) The Museum of Modern Art, my favoritest place ever
2) The Metropolitan Museum of Art, my dad's favoritest place ever
3) The Museum of Natural History, my brother's favoritest place ever
4) About a trillion other museums, most of which I haven't checked out, but are supposed to be cool
5) Broadway
5) Off-Broadway
7) Off-off Broadway
8) If you the date is late enough, Shakespeare in the Park
9) The Park, including The CP Zoo
10) Other parks
11) Brooklyn Botanical Gardens
12) Bronx Botanical Gardens
13) World-class nightlife
14) I went to this restaurant one time that had a Scotch menu with over 100 types of Scotch
15) People-watching!
16) I hear you can shop here
17) You might see a celebrity
18) Good food of every type (though Boston does beat NYC for seafood, on the whole)
19) Talented street performers
20) It's NYC!
Okay, that's all.
I hear you can shop here
Dirty liar. There is no shopping in New York.
Just a feeble reminder (echoing Sean) that we'd talked about deciding on the date before we make the vote on the location.
Side note: We adore Holiday Inn Express. Awesome value, great linens (yes, this matters to me because I am a pretty pretty Princess), free internet and breakfast, and coffee and free cookies and milk in the lobby!
I think that would be a good idea too.
Okay. Let's do that. I'll set up a poll.
