Mostly lurking...

I'm TOTALLY pimping Boston. But, this is SO not a good week for me to do it. I can if I have to, but I'd like to do a little research, and really, with Emily moving, me moving, my vacation, my bride to murder and Guilder to blame for it, I'm swamped.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

East Coast, huh? So how far west would be counted as still being East Coast?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Good question. I would consider Philly east coast, as opposed to mid-west. As a for instance.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

But, uh, probably not St. Louis. Sorry.

Other ideas that have come up: Atlanta, NC somewhere, Nashville.

Our wings are not tired.

My corner of the east is too hot at that time of year, but NC would be nice. The Outer Banks would be lovely. Rent a big house in Kitty Hawk or Kill Devil Hills. Ok, seriously annoying to get to the place, but one of my most favorite places in the world.

We could even go in time for the 35th annual Hang Gliding Spectacular in Nags Head. [link]

Pimpage ended.

Always Anti-fascist!

OMG, that is *so* bizarre. Mom *just* asked me about that today...the hivemind works on our nearest and dearest, now. Trippy.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Do we have someone local to Nashville? I'm over 4 hours away, and all I know is one pricey hotel/restaurant and one cineplex on the opposite side of town.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

I can help with Boston pimpage. I'll do some research and see how feasible Northampton is, too, because I think Buffistas would really love it, but I have a feeling the hotels are gonna be too pricey.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

What about renting a house? If it's big enough, we won't have to shove too many folks in each room and the per person cost can be the equivalent or less of a good hotel.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Cool. So, in the name of of being completely arbitrary (and also cause I have jack all to do at work right now) two weeks fro info gathering and then let the pimping begin? Doesn't have to be all that involved, just general pimpage. General numbers, etc.

That sound good? Or should I just go off and shut it? And maybe work on my other final paper?
