Someone in LJ asked deb for the recipe for the fabulous tuna, white bean, and basil salad that she made for the F2F. Now I'm craving it. And I have a nice piece of albacore tuna in my freezer that would be perfect. But, I'm not home for dinner tonight or tomorrow. Feh.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Vortex, Marvelous Market just north of Dupont Circle does something ALMOST as good - they call it Tuscan White Bean and Pasta Salad. But Deb's recipe would be good to have, right?

You know, you guys set off a craving for a white bean salad last night that I could not satisfy, for though I have a number of recipes I didn't have all the ingredients for any one of them. I think I'll stop at the grocery store tonight. But, yes, we need Deb's recipe.

Albacore tuna, torn basil, cannellini beans, a bit of olive oil, a dash of basalmic, and a sprinkle of good salt.

Or you can check it out in deb's words in my lj ( [link]

(Can you tell who started this whole thing?)

Hee, I went back and checked your lj right after I posted, Brenda. Still, the more places it can be found the more likely I am to remember where to find it!

Looking forward to dinner tonight.
