Well, see, I LOVE Wilmington. Love love love. I can imagine the Buffistas taking over that great big boat that's there and, well, taking off with it. USS Buffistas, bitch!

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: Madison, WI from June 20-22 2008! Official website.
I hope you don't mind that I am now picturing you as the Green Fairy from Moulin Rouge, only with Fernet instead of absinthe.
thinks juliana just got her Halloween costume
Halloween? What about Prom? And yes, quite possibly, because the image made me laugh out loud.
amyth had to go and asked me to come post.
You have Zipcars, right? Any number of 'ffistas are members.
We do. There are currently only...four or five, but we have them. I ::heart:: Zipcar
The Zipcars are belong to the University, and I'm not sure non-employees could use them.

Aimee, we're talking the RTP area, probably Durham or Chapel Hill. (Downtown Wilmington could be awesome, but getting there would be tricky...)

I'm pretty sure Zipcar lets members use any zipcar anywhere. That's part of their pitch.
I could handle those, as well. I LOVE NC.
But then....
I've never been to Mass., either.

Yes, but UNC subsidizes these. You have to be student, faculty or staff to sign up for them. I'll check on it.
Aimee, NC LOVES YOU BACK.
Sunday evening is open for us, Monday we have an appointment at 7:30. I volunteer Kristin's house for a cookout!
Or, ya know...not.
I'll go along with anything. You should have already figured that out by now. Heh.
The only non-negotiable point is actually getting to see all of you. Duh.
Oh! I'm in DC, and have, I think, both the 3rd and 4th off!
Yeah, that's about it.
also true. I'll keep an eye out, and get in touch when they've opened.
kewl.
Those in DC for the 4th, I definitely want to meet up (and can offer a futon and a couch if needed, only caveat being that my place is not good for public transportation) Not sure about the mall for the 4th, I might have to join you later. Between the heat and the tourists, my bitchslapping tendencies might come out :)

I'm in for this, actually! Guess what my parents bought me? An outdoors patio heater! The big ones like you see at restaurants, so we can even hang out outside after the sun goes down!
Man that's a lot of exclamation marks.
