Nice pictures, smonster! Also, you are one of those girls who manages to be cute, pretty, and hot.
yay - maybe I'll get the few I took up soon.
smonster, in the Jammin' With Bruce photo, your question mark is bethb.
...or they may be in the right order. flickr mystifies me.

Thanks and thanks!
Deb, I thought that might be her, but wanted to be sure. Corrected.
Great pictures!
I'd like to point out to Deb that I am in fewer pictures than she is.
(The dearth of photos of me doesn't bother me at all, given that the ones which do exist are less-than-flattering. So there's no need of reassurance, etc., etc. That's not a comment on the pictures; it's a comment on my roundness and unkempt hair and regrettable sartorial choices.)
More pictures of Kate P. and smonster, is what I say! Bring 'em on!

I like precisely three of the photos of me I've seen so far, and only one at Prom. Bottom line is, I don't mind looking my age, but exhaustion and illness are making me look a lot older than that, and there's nothing says I have to like it.
My invisibility issues are rooted in another issue - they have nothing to do with looking good or not so good. They are, literally, a Not Fade Away thing.
But it doesn't matter. smonster had some wonderful groupings in there - I love the ones with Theo in there, and smonster herself is so damned cute and kinetic, she's a joy to look at.

I've just hit the point where I hadn't realized, even in mirrors (and even with my hyper-critical eye), how way-past-chunky I really am. Pictures, however, especially non-posed ones, have managed to point out to me that perhaps I should lose the hibernating-for-the-winter look.
(This isn't a self-loathing body-image demons post; it's just my observation. I know I can be pretty, no matter what size I am, but I'd like to be less round.)
