You should go to Lush Life Nail Bar on Fillmore (just off Union, between Cow Hollow and the Marina). $25 for a pedicure, foot massage, etc that's worthy of Buff Spa.
I totally saw this place today at some point in time. I distinctly remember perking up at "Lush" and I was on Fillmore.
I would describe our pace as "leisurely."
Except at the end when I had to pee like a mofo.
