Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Anyway, Sizzle at 7:00 sounds good.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Just a quick note - did you send your email from the account that you receive the mailing list on? If not, it'll be blocked as spam.

I did not, because that is the account that isn't working. I sent from [my.name] at gmail. Can you unblock it as the admin?

And Sail, I just sent a gmail to you.

Got it, aurelia! Thank you.

I'm trying to. Unfortunately. I've put off deleting the mail list spam for too long, and the 540 mesages awaiting my attention brought my iBook to its knees.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

7 at Sizzle, got it. Can't wait!

ETA: Should we make a reservation? I can do it, if someone knows the numbers.

I think that's all I've heard from.

I wonder if I still have Knut's number. I'll try to give him a call if I do.

move out and draw fire

Finally enough free time to skim the ~1000 messages I missed in this thread.

The SF2F was indeed made of awesome.

DCistas - so sorry I missed hooking up with you. The folks I was staying with weirded out. They took me from the airport to their house and left me while they each ran individual errands (like going to Home Depot) and their house has neither a landline nor a computer. And even though I'd invited them to dinner, they didn't get back from errands until past 7:00.

(By which point I'd gone through their entire house to discover that while still married they no longer sleep in the same room)

The whole thing was very uncomfortable, and it's probably just as well that you guys weren't exposed to them. One of them could be a Buffista, but the other...well, being around her these days is like chewing on tin foil.

However. So FREAKING AWESOME to see everyone in SF that any subsequent hassles were worth it.

FREAKS!!! I don't care about the separate bedrooms, but no landline or computer?
