I can run both versions on my PC, FTR. And La Tep's.
According to Jessica's post, it should. I didn't realize that because I be a dunce. Good thing there are more knowledgable folk around than me or nothing would ever get seen. Hee.

Ahh, that one worked.
PADDYWHACK COMMENDS YOU ON AN EXCELLENT VID AND VALIDATES YOUR CHOICE OF MUSIC, THOUGH HE HAS RESERVATIONS ABOUT THAT WEE OKLAHOMAN.
The AVI version is encoded with Cinepak -- should play in Quicktime, VLC, or Winamp. Maybe even WMP, though I haven't tried it.
Jessica's vid played fine in WMP 9.0 and IrfanView 3.97.
Steph L.'s played fine in Quicktime 6 and 6.4.
Thanks to all for the pictures and vids.
For some reason, many of the recommended players haven't worked for me, so I am using BSPlayer, which can be found here: [link]
The top download is pay; scroll down. The bottom one is free. It's not as user friendly as some, but it's not difficult to use.
Tra la la laaaaa!
My laptop will not load iTunes, you say? But Lo, iTunes can be downloaded from the interpipe!
Bwahahahaha!
I can now watch the first vid! And it rocks! Hurrah! And brava!
Now I just need to suss Teppy's vid. And convince my laptop that it really ought to be able to recognise music CDs when they slide into its disk drive, damn it...
