Thanks, brenda. Yeah. The money hurts, especially coming right off the SF trip, but it's totally worth it. Lulu's my girl. She's back to her old self today, so I can't complain.

I highly recommend taking an Amtrak across country before budget cuts force the end of long-distance train travel in the US. (Unlike commuter train routes, the cross-country trains generally are not profitable.)

I have a few to send along as well. I need to find my card reader--my camera doesn't connect automatically. I have some pretty shots of Alcatraz and the bay (Golden Gate and the skyline) which might be good in a vid.
