Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Suzi and Hec and JZ for hostage

I had to read this a couple of times before I realized you weren't thanking me for kidnapping folks (which I did do, but have not mastered my bondage techniques, so I am buffista-free).

Deb - glad you are feeling better.

ION, I covet Jilli's Prom dress. Tres loverly.

I covet her entire wardrobe. PLEASE dress me. PLEASE.

Because books.

Awake (mostly) and struggling against the Ick, which seems to be lessening. Am also claiming the title of Happiest and Luckiest Buffista Evah, because on my first F2F I got to:

  • stay at Deb's house and snatch moments of chatting quietly with her, PLUS eat her fabulous cooking and meet her many cats
  • room with Fay (!) AND Amy Parker (!)
  • eat yummy Angelino's food in Sausalito with many foamy Buffistas, including erika
  • observe the Crazy Assness of Winchester House with ND, Kristin, Raq, Theodosia, Epic, Miracleman, Laura, and Matt the Bruins Fan
  • have Scola tease me and take my picture
  • dance with many, many foamy Buffistas at prom
  • witness smonster's fabulous bellydance and Jilli's swooping
  • kiss Teppy and juliana
  • meet the fabulous Aimee and the wonderful amyth, who agree that the Amys should clearly take over
  • hug Bev and Deena and Lee and Nora and many others
  • witness bouncing and squeeage at the Arts and Crafts Exhibit, thanks to beth's DH Matt and Amy Parker
  • participate in a West Coast gropemobile while on Sail's lap
  • ride back to the hotel in a second gropemobile, with Amy Parker as our seatbelt
  • have Hec cut my hair a la smonster, while sitting on the sun on the Zmayhem's deck
  • wander the Haight with Ginger, Sail, Jessica, amyth, smonster, Kate P. (who gets my vote for best laugh), and Hec
  • eat yummy pasta at Deb's with most of same, plus Toddson

I'm positive I'm forgetting things, but my only real regrets are not getting more Deena and JZ time.

Deb gets huge thanks for all the setup and point person work -- the prom was fabulous and the hospitality suite was beautifully stocked, and the BBQ food was bountiful and delicious. All the locals who offered beds and rides and hospitality, of course, rock.

Off to look at all the pictures and glow.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

All of Jilli's dresses are covet-worthy. I also covet Vortex's smashing green wrap/coat/sexy thing she wore to prom.

The Pooh is mine, Deb, but it's not necessary to return it. The postage would probably be more than the book is worth.

I just generally covet Vortex, 'cuz HOTTT. But that goes for basically lots of fab people who may or may not have been in SF a few short days ago.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Kate P. (who gets my vote for best laugh)

Aw, I can hear it in my head now. Hers is a nice laugh.

Because books.

Oh! Crap. I forgot mention meeting P-C, and watching him dance, and listening to his wise opinions on Veronica Mars at Deb's BBQ!

I told you I was probably forgetting things. This will likely continue for days.

Yay!

I have wise opinions?

I need to find the time to write up the weekend in LJ before I forget everything. I'm already losing details about who was where when and said what why to whom.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

The Pooh is mine, Deb, but it's not necessary to return it. The postage would probably be more than the book is worth.

No, no, I'll put it in with the shoes.

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

When I was leaving town I whined and told Kate P that I wanted to take her with me everywhere, and she said, "Okay!"

Dibs, people. ALL YOUR KATE P ARE BELONG TO ME.
