She's terse. I can be terse. Once in flight school, I was laconic.

"I've got a gun! I've got a mother-flippin' gun!" - Moss, The IT Crowd

I don't think Pete will let me, though ...

Absolutely correct.

Those who need their makeup done, please to be providing your own eyeliner & mascara, and possibly eyeshadow ...

This also helps avoid any unexpected allergies to new make-ups, too.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Bother.

Cliche Question: Should I paint my nails the usual flat black or the metallic black that looks more like gunmetal?

Oh! I could paint them flat black and put that silver glitter nailpolish on it! Yes. Nevermind.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Steph, send. You betcha.

Baking. Sorry. Busy as hell.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Should I paint my nails tonight, or get a manicure on Friday in SF?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

2 days, 7 hours, 11 minutes til I land in San Jose.

ETA: that was meant for another thread, but this is hardly inappropriate either.

Also, I was pondering the same question. I do have a gift cert if I do it here, though, so that will probably win, time permitting.

Depends. Will packing chip your manicure? You can find cheap & good manicure places here very easily.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Deb, the list is insent.

Hmm, good question. Probably not, but if I don't put at least clear polish on now, packing will break at least one nail. Methinks I will apply a protective coat tonight and then think about it some more.

I vote for this, because then I can go with you, as long as it's after noon.

You should go to Lush Life Nail Bar on Fillmore (just off Union, between Cow Hollow and the Marina). $25 for a pedicure, foot massage, etc that's worthy of Buff Spa.

Make appointments when you get to the hotel, though.
