Is anyone sick that I didn't hug?
I can't recall if we hugged or not, but in any event I certainly hugged enough people at one degree of separation from Patient Zero to do the trick. All your ick are belong to me.
Ah well, gives me an excuse to use up my supply of tomato soup and Theraflu, a winning combination.
Tom, I'm heading off to the HICC later to hand the adorable Lilibeth a cheque for the banquet (HS is already paid for) and they know about your ATM card being lost. Do you need cash in hand for the rest of the trip?
SFO is COMPLETE cognitive dissonance. I'm especially fond of the ghost terminal, terminal 2, which houses no airlines. We funded a humongous rebuild of SFO that was completed a couple of weeks before 9/11, and the middle terminal doesn't meet the new security regs. They keep first aid and extra luggage carts.
My ick is fading out and I hope it stays the fuck gone, but I won't count on it.
Sail, GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.
And question: please, who took that picture of Lilibeth in her tiara? I want to send it to her. I told her I'd seen it in the photos and she squeed.
I've had "Touched" stuck in my head for the last three days, and it's all smonster's fault.
I am still ick-free! And unfortunately am buffista-free, having dropped Nicole at the airport this morning.
Brenda - The hotel apparently didn't switch my parking cost from your room to Ellen's, so I owe you $75. I need your snail addy, or can paypal you funds. Let me know which works.
I'm glad I bought my van over though - I think I gave rides to a good number of the F2F'ers. At dinner, Sunday night, we were trying to come up with the dirtiest way to say that - but I don't recall our final creation.
My Ick is a resurgence of the Ick I've had since moving here, so I don't think I got infected, but am instead responding to the whole LEGENDARY week and comcomitant lack of sleep.
Seriously, it took awhile to adjust to the dirtiness, winter rain, and lack of personal space/manners on the bus.
HMOG, yes. There are days where I wonder where the fuck all the people came from and why can't they just stay in their homes like good recluses. And then I have a shot of Fernet, and it's all better. (Not really.) (The shot of Fernet, I mean. I just have to go up a hill and see the bay and it's all better.) (Seriously, I'm not THAT big of a lush.) (Stopping now.)
I'm trying to make myself believe that I have allergies. I have just enough time to grab a nap before vacuuming, showering and fetching Trudy from the airport. Oh please just be allergies....
CASS! I missed giving you a squish goodbye!
Allergies. Yes. Sounds good.
I've been home since 11 AM, but I needed serious nappage.
I, too, have allergies. I refuse to blame it on the beautiful people.
Juliana, insent.
I missed giving you a squish goodbye!
We should have a squish check!
I, too, have allergies. I refuse to blame it on the beautiful people.
Deena is wise. Ima follow her lead.
And take a nap. Also when I go to pick up Trudy later? I can pick up for fireplace tools. Fear me.
I just accepted a UPS delivery for my not!Allyson (her name is Veronica) neighbor. It was my good dead. I have earned nappage.
