After many delays, we finally got home around 3am this morning. Crashed, slept long and hard. I dropped katefate off at the train station around 3 this afternoon and she's on her way home, now, too.
I had an absolute blast and will post pictures as soon as I get them downloaded.
Yeah, it turned out to be a gorgeous day in San Francisco.
After I breakfasted with Teppy (she claims her avocado/Jarlsberg scramble was the best egg dish she'd ever had. Also we split cinnamon croissaint French Toast with strawberries, which was FG) I swung by Deb's to collect AmyLiz so I could give her the promised haircut.
Jess was there and wanted to go to my house to hook up with Kate. So we took Ginger and Sail with us too. Everybody contentedly sat around in my dim living room while I cut AmyLiz's hair on the back porch. Smonster and Amyth arrived and then I took them down to Haight for lunch and a quick walkaround. They're still down there shopping. I've got to go to Emmett's practice now.
AmyLiz's hair came out very cute. She said, "Like Smonster's hair" and I said, "She's an inspiration to us all."
Tonight SA comes in.
Great pictues, -t!
Amyparker, DXM and Fay - good looking bunch.
eta: Kate seemed to be feeling much better this morning so I'm hoping the F2F cold is short lived for everybody. Choose hot and sour soup.
Amyparker, DXM and Fay - good looking bunch.
They sure are. And I
love, love, love
that dress, Fay.
Am loving all the pictures. Can't wait for more.
She said, "Like Smonster's hair"
That cut sounds fab, Amy.
and I said, "She's an inspiration to us all."
And, really, smonster should be our inspiration. For so many things.
I'm just waiting for Pete's pictures. Professional artist+fussy perfectionism+stone cold sober the entire time+feeling vengeful after having had his identity hacked on Friday night=high expectations for extreme (if occasionally brutal) photographic brilliance.
Not to put any pressure on him or anything.
And I love, love, love that dress, Fay.
Fay didn't believe me when I told her, but I distinctly heard several Buffistas gasp in awe when they saw her in her ballgown.

Believe her, Fay. You look just stunning.
having had his identity hacked
Is it still called "hacked" if he left himself logged in? I'm just asking. Not that I know anything.
I might have called Fay in that lovely gown 'regal,' except for the fact that I have never had even a moment's desire to snog Queen Elizabeth II senseless.
Hell, even in her regular clothes Saturday, Fay was regal. Someone passing her on our way out of the BART station remarked, "You look like a queen, darling!"
smonster's hair rocks.
