Kaylee: Is that him? Mal: That's the buffet table. Kaylee: Well how can we be sure, unless we question it?

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Art Crawl!!!

49? That's way too young.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I remember her. GH was one of the few soaps I ever watched, along with TYTR. How sad.

Our wings are not tired.

How sad. Way too young indeed. Her character was quite fun.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oo, I remember her! Poor thing, 49 is way too young.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

I haven't watched GH for ages, but I remember watching her in high school. At least it seems like she really made the most of her life. It's just so hard to think of her as even 49. To me, she'll always be a flighty, obnoxious but sweet, candystriper.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I sort of covet the "Karma Chameleon" one.

ZOMG! My coveting has turned into winning! I will soon own the script for the only episode of television to have cleared my sinuses. A script full of identity issues, which are my favorite issues for a character to have!

Thanks, Allyson and Kristen, and thanks, Tim!

(Kristen, sorry I totally flaked on the VM stickers/flyers. Do you still want them? I'll have to see how many I have. Probably less than a dozen things in total.)

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

One of the attorneys here just gave me Finding Serenity to give to one of the attorneys in my new firm, so I pimped Vampire People to him, and I think he may have been on Amazon by the time I left his office.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Brian Bloom was a TERMINATOR!
