I'm just, uh, just feeling kinda... truthsome right now. And, uh... life's just too damn short for ifs and maybes.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I don't remember the commentary for OoG, but, yeah, definitely my favorite episode.

Now tagless for your comfort.

The part about the damned button had me SOBBING. Fuckers.

OK, I'll admit it...I may be a *tad* emotional.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Firefly never made me cry. A few of the Buffy episodes did.

Only one episode of Angel made me ball. It was during season 2, I've forgotten the name of the episode, but it's about the woman who was abused and develops powers as a result. Joss directed it. That one gets me Every. Single. Time. Never see that episode referenced online, either.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Untouched?

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

The Body made me cry. That was it.

Yes, The Body shouldn't be a Buffy episode. Or doesn't need to be, more accurately.

Dana - it was indeed Untouched. Thanks.

I think Out of Gas was the episode I reviewed for ScoopMe. I think I was at Polgara's, and I was filling in for Kristen that week...fully expecting to be in pain since I was bored by every episode that aired up til that point.

I'm so glad he came through, and came through big time. It depressed the shit out of me that I was going to have to sit there and rip Tim apart. Except for the part where because of it, I felt compelled to campaign. Fuckin' Minear.

Look what you did to our lives, Minear. I blame you. And so does my cat.

I was sad that I was in Seattle and unable to do my column that week.
