The Minearverse 5: Closer to the Earth, Further from the Ax
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Ben is Glory?
I just wish that at that con panel where Chris Judge learned about furries for the first time, someone had been at the ready with an iphone and a link to Ben Browder's infamous San Diego Farscape Con appearance in bunny regalia.
Chris Judge learned about furries
Was his reaction anything like Ed Quinn's reaction to the RPS that Colin showed him (or told him about - I memfault which)?
Hee! Tim's assistant John was there, too! [link]
And Jane, agog at Joss. [link] [link]
And another lovely Amy Acker shot: [link]
I don't recall Ed's reaction, but CJ started and exclaimed something to the effect of "THAT'S NOT RIGHT!!!" once helpful people explained it to him.
Following that up with the sight of Ben hopping across the stage might have broken him for good.
and exclaimed something to the effect of "THAT'S NOT RIGHT!!!" once helpful people explained it to him.
Didn't he follow it up with "why haven't I done that yet?"
Hey there Boston-area strike supporters:
on Friday, writers and fans -- which means, I guess, that you're invited -- are planning a solidarity march from noon to 3, beginning at the First Parish Unitarian Church at 3 Church Street in Cambridge. On tap to speak: Joss Whedon, ("Buffy"/"Firefly" creator and god to fanboys and fangirls throughout the land: Rob Kutner, writer for "The Daily Show;" and Jaime Paglia, co-creator of "Eureka" on SciFi.
Christopher Judge learns about furries:
Aw, man. Link doesn't work any more. Maybe it found it's way to youtube.
The con was DragonCon this past Labor Day weekend, if that helps.
