I seem to have been promoted to Picket Coordinator. I think it happened when I sorted and stacked our picket signs by size and content.

There are a lot of things to consider wrt the pickets. There is color coordination with the striker's outfit, proportion of striker's size to both size of sign and heigth of picket pole/stick (what?) (The FUG girls would be so proud on that one btw), there is matching striker's personality with tone of picket message. Then there is a whole hand-written to pre-printed decision to consider.

Shit's all sorts of different now.
And if hand written, looks so much better if all the letters are all the same capitalization, if you will. Meaning, either proper like with a capitalized FirstLetter and then lower case or ALL CAPS.
