I think WGA needs to insist that Fox's show "On the Lot" be shown heavily in rotation. If there is anything that makes clear how important good writing is, it is that show.

On the one hand, your reasoning here is flawless. On the other hand, I cannot support any motion that might cause more innocent viewers to accidentally start watching OTL. (Save yourselves, innocent viewers! Don't be like me and stick with a show that crappy just because you watched the premiere!)
