[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
Huh! That's really interesting.
Thanks so much, tiggy! You made my day!
Does the FCC give the same weight to on-line generated forms as it does to snail-mailed ones? I think it's safe to say that the majority of people who submitted that form didn't even read it, let alone watch the show in question.
Laga, I doubt it's remit allows it to discount certain complaints. The FCC still hasn't ruled on THE INSIDE (and the PTC recently complained about that, too), however I'd say it's reasonably likely they will fine FOX for it as the FCC are slightly nuts IMHO.
Also, that Drive Emmy thing -- I said I thought it was bizzare they used 'The Starting Line' as the submission, and now I take that back. The 3 minute clip they've submitted is from the original pilot, and that 3 minutes looks amazing.
Edit: the clips online @ [link] (Completely remastered! With the proper actors! Oh my).
