My worry at this point would be whether the six episodes will actually tell any kind of a story, or if it would just make things worse for those of us who did watch and enjoy the show.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
Well, Tim said here it ends on a cliff hanger. I did say a while ago I didn't see the last episode airing -- it's not that I think it's bad. It's because I think it would annoy people if it aired due to lack of conclusion. On DVD, I think there's some level of karma as you know when it's going to end -- but that's possibly just me.
I'd buy a DVD, as I figure it'd be half price (I'm totally cheap), as long as there were actual features on it.
I still think the DVDs would be worth it if it were packaged together with The Inside. Without that, I would still buy it, despite the cliffhanger ending.
As long as the last scene of episode 6 isn't Alex and Kathryn getting zapped into jujubees in the middle of their tearful reunion, I at least want to see everything that's been filmed.
folks, what is the status of production? Any way that the final 7 will be filmed? Or is that me with my pipe dream?
I think production shut down after episode 6, since there was going to be an indefinite hiatus (maybe till fall?) before the final 7. I don't even know if any scripts past episode 6 were written.
Typically once production has shut down that's it. Almost no chance of getting the cast back and filming locations and such to make it happen.
shit. well, thanks, y'all.

Yeah, every last one of the cast and crew immediately started looking for new jobs the second production shut down. Most of them are probably already on to the next thing.
Such is the nature of the beast out here.
Apparently the Zoic boys working on the show were let go of last Monday, according to Ain't It Cool at the time.
Almost amusingly, Drive is in a few of the local TV guide's as the pick of the day today.
