Tara: 'Your One-Stop Spot to Shop for Lots of New-Age and Occult Items.' Catchy. Giles: Think so? Tara: Uh huh. In a... hard to say sorta way.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I have been known to discuss past seasons of Dancing with the Stars. Well, not so much discuss as pontificate at people who nod and smile and edge away without making any sudden movements, but still. [Pre-emptive Disclaimer: I have for the last two weeks watched Drive on the Tivo (as close as I get to watching live, which I really only do for sporting events anymore) and caught the on-line edition of DwTS]

Are there shows being developed for the web or any sites showing web only serial content yet?

I've seen "web only" content on abc.com's viewer. I watched one episode of one show, it was a very short comedy that wasn't to my taste, but somebody is dipping a toe into the waters. I can't remember if other networks have anything similar.

"Don' be e-scared"

Thanks for all the tea and sympathy. Years from now, when you speak of this, and you will -- be kind.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Please pass our tea and sympathy (but especially the sympathy, as tea travels poorly through the interpipes) on to all the excellent cast and crew.

Dammit, I want a Minear novel. I'm tired of all these thrilling short stories with the last few pages missing.

What is even happening?

Tim, no fair being cute right now.

Preach it, JZ.

The status is NOT quo.

What JZ said.

What JZ said. Again. I really need that t-shirt.

Tim: {{HUG}} You and Ben and John G. and Kristen and Kristin L. and Nathan and Melanie and Taryn and Kevin [oh, Kevin--swoon] and Dylan and Mircea: You were all doing good, good work.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Tim, I'm so sorry to hear the news. I was enjoying the heck out of this show and wanted to see so much more. I'll always speak kindly of you, ask any of my coworkers that I pimped Drive to.

Particularly if they're subtracting DVR watchers

I don't understand this. Yes, I have a TiVo and it's great for when I'm not home, but I watch a lot of my shows live. I TiVo as much to have the episodes for rewatch as to watch them live.
