Multiple sources confirm that Fox has axed the Tim Minear creation after less than three weeks on the air. I'm going to go out on a limb and say the show's crappy ratings were to blame.

There's still 2 more episodes which are in the can, so those will hopefully appear on DVD. Because CTV has canceled their airing and nobody else picked it up internationally, it's going to take a while for the episodes to go to Joe Public.
