[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, as soon as Criminal Minds started, I said it was the "mainstream" The Inside. I mean, I really like Criminal Minds, but it's shocking to me how little difference there is between a huge hit and a... not so hit.

me too. I mean, I found The Inside disturbing, but I liked it. I enjoyed being creeped out. General public not so much. They want Serial Killer Lite.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Right there with you. I think it was Twin Peaks that first struck that divide between me and the mainstream audience.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

CTV have dropped Drive. It's been replaced with "Closer To Home" (I don't even know what that is).

ETA: Close To Home, even.

Pop quiz! Who's got the coolest site on the Web right now?

Answer? Me! And Tim, I guess. I should probably include him.

Need proof? Here you go!

P.S. When I mention spoilers in the TM.net entry with the posted scripts, I ain't playin'. There are answers, though, as well, to some questions I've seen pop up.

And no mention of mountains. There's also a much lower ratio of scripted instances of "homes" to the actual spoken instances of "homes."

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.

I'm torn.

Well... the first two scripts should be clear sailing.

I'd avoid the last three pages in episode 103 and pages 62-64 in episode 104, if you're trying to dodge spoilers.

Those were some nice spoilers, Monique!
