Jesse is me. Although, I dreamt last night that Tim killed off Brian Bloom's character in the first five minutes of the show.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
TV's hit Drive has upwards of 10,000 downloads and countin'. Preair, that's a really good sign.
You know, I hate to be a buzzkill, but ... I'm just a little uncomfortable talking so freely about illegal downloads in the thread that the showrunner is participating.
That strikes me as problematic, both for B.org and for Tim.
Feel free to tell me I'm a buzzkill.
Well, I think Tim's been cool with it in the past, but we also do have a rule here not to mention such things.
It may be more of a guideline, though. Like parley.
I'm with Consuela. It also seems a little foolish to talk about it so freely, to be honest. Sorry if I'm being too paranoid.
I feel pretty strongly about it too.
Do we want the seriously negative reviews along with the good ones, because this one from the Chicago Sun Times sounds almost vindictive: [link]
The Boston Globe had a decidedly non-money review on Friday, but at least the reviewer was mainly saying "not convinced" as opposed to "utterly worthless": [link]
Not good with discussion of illegal downloads due to C&D letters that seem to flow from Fox. But that could just be me.
Also, Allyson, if you are around, can you ping me? I have a favor to ask about tomorrow.
I think we came to a bullshit consensus a while back about not allowing download discussions in thread, didn't we? I'm against it too, fwiw.
If Fox send a cease and desist letter to me for mentioning xx number of people downloading a show that'd be interesting day, Kat.
If the posts need to be dumped I've no problem with it, but it seems a little strange. I don't foresee how it could cause a problem for Tim, either (especially since he openly talks about downloading of his shows in the media). I think last time this came up was because of linking how to download and sources and such, from memory.
