[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

What they should do for a promo is pay for one of those crazy high speed race driving school thingers where we can race the cast members. Hee.
Grand Prix of Long Beach is this weekend with it's annual Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race. And it occurs to me that I have no idea who will be driving this weekend but it'll be a shame if no one from TV's hit Drive is there to rally (and chicane) for the cause.

eta: [link] Guess not.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I saw a promo telling me to catch "an all new season of Drive, only on Fuel TV." Not the same show. This can't be good.

Yeah, the other Drive confused my TiVO until the Real Drive showed up.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

The first promo I found online for Drive was, in fact, the Fuel TV series Drive. I was like "Tim made this? Was he on crack?".

Drive premieres at Universal City tonight in LA. Anybody goin'? Whitefont abound!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

The policy is that it's a spoiler if it hasn't aired in the US, correct?

Hmm, there was discussion about this in Bureaucracy the other day (over the Candian airing of the first two episodes on Friday), and the opinion then was it should be white fonted in here. I don't know if that should apply to the screening, though (but if nobody here is going, it's not a problem).

It's possible someone said that, but it was hardly a consensus. I'd say, take it to spoilers until it airs in the US.

Hey that Atlantic Canadian thread is there in mothballs...But I'd almost bet folding money that something will happen with CTV's schedule that we'll end up 5 days behind and not two days ahead before a month has passed. You don't want to know what they did with the scheduling of season 1 of Veronica Mars.

You'll be five days behind after about a day has passed, if i understand the schedule correctly. You get the two hour premiere two days ahead, but you don't get the next hour for another week while we get it the very next day.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, I don't think that conversation was definitive. Current policy says blackfont for aired in US, no spoilers, not even in whitefont, in thread. I went scrolling back, looks like we had some whitefonted conversation about the unaired in US Inside eps, but again, that was a different situation because they weren't going to be aired. For Wonderfalls, we had Lovesick, my Ass for unaired in US episodes.

And of course, Atlantic Canadian Monday Madness was for exactly this situation, at least like the first ep. Although for the remaining eps, there still will be an airing discrepancy and Atlantic Canadians may still want a venue for their late airing.

Anyway, I agree with Jon that under current policy the right place is spoilers until US airdate.
