True enough. I've no idea why I single out cast -- I suppose, just from not thinking about it enough. I suppose when I say 'power' on a show, I refer to being able to make the story suck or not suck, which should really be the writers and producers responsibility (in my head).

Okay, so I gots me a CD of scores by Robert Kral today. I always loved his work with the score to Angel (The Birth of Angelus - tres lovely), but I've never listened to his stuff on it's own before. It's epic, and so very beautiful.
The Jane adoration is strong in Prisonor of Trebekistan (as it should be). She even gets her own chapter. You should all read it while you're waiting for Vampire People to be released.
I second aurelia's recommendation of Prisoner or Trebekistan. I didn't know any of that backstory, and I was so touched by how much he digs Jane. And he's friends with Danny Strong! Plus, it's a hilarious book.
