That said, I stand by the original comment, which Jesse rightly pointed out, was more about the implication that all Fox News viewers were stupid. They aren't.
That wasn't entirely my intention, though -- in fairness, I think if Fox News aired a commericial for a TV program and an actual report *I'd* have problems telling the difference. Things flying onto the screen, crazy graphics, horridly basis commentary are all staples of FOX News. And FOX trailers. That was where I was coming from. Now, personally I do believe FOX News viewers are statistically the most misinformed viewers on current events ( [link] ), but in relation to Drive, I really couldn't care.
If I offended anybody, I apologise as it wasn't the intention. The intention was to mock FOX News, which is something I'll never apologise for.
Anyone want to post first episode spoilers? You know you want to.
Bravo bought TWOP and guess what that means?
Drive gets recapped.
Bloody hell. I was reading through that article to find out if there was any mention of possible slanting due to network ownership, and discovered that Fametracker was started by someone I know.
Jaysus. The world is too small.
Drive
was already set to be recapped by Strega before this...thing. Which confuses me, and I don't know whether it's good or bad or neutral.
OK. I'll bite. What's confusing.
I always get a little confused and weirded out when Big Corporations "buy" websites. I'm not really sure what it entails, per se, and whether it will mean Changes in the website itself.
Was it? I somehow hadn't realized that. What about
Brothers and Sisters?
They're supposed to be getting more recappers or something as a result of this. If they're just having the same - I don't know what changes. (Other than the forum is irritating me with it's inability to remember me and also, not allowing me to see my subscribed topics.)

There's no relation to Bravo buying TWoP and Drive being recapped. That this is happening at about the same time is a coincidence. (As far as I know. Bravo & NBC are related, right? But Bravo & Fox are not.)
(I'm totally psyched that the Wire is being added to the roster! Although I pity the recapper assigned to it. that's some complicated plotting!)
I just hope that they stop using so many pages to recap a show.
