Too bad I can't introduce them to the familes of the students I've lost to drunk driving. Or, worse, the student I had who killed a family of three while driving drunk and who is now serving time as a result.
Grr. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this, JB, but I'm furious at anyone who thinks they have the right to endanger the lives of others.
DUI in the UK will get you sent to jail in a lot of cases. It's taken far more seriously in the UK, so the solution is -- send them here!
Sorry, but I now giggle. Just noticed the random dude on the FOX forum claiming they invented the story for DRIVE in 2006. Not realizing Drive was already in development by this time.
Juliebird, i feel your pain. i have an idiot brother who does the same thing. what is it about brothers?
Thanks everyone. At this point in my life, I really could care less if they cracked themselves up, but I worry about everyone else on the road.
Older brother is already an ex-con, so I don't know if prison would work, but at least they'd be off the streets!
*starts plotting ways to convince idiot siblings to take a trip across the pond*
One of my cousins killed someone on the road, and while I'm not 100% sure I strongly suspect it was a drunk driving incident. I think DUI's should be prosecuted and sentenced as attempted vehicular manslaughter.
Oh, I forgot to say our jails are full, though.
Tim shall be at the Browncoat table thing at Wondercon, according to the internets, if anybody is goin'.

I was under the impression that Fillion was aware of the crazyfen. For some reason, this thing just seems meanspirited and pointless, which I know sounds hypocritical coming from me, I guess.
It's just not funny. Funny would be okay. Maybe that's my issue.
I loved
Two Guys, a Girl, and a Pizza Place.
Yeah, I'd be surprised if it survives Whedonesque. The "My captain" thing amused me.
