I've mentioned "TV's Hit Drive" to as many of my coworkers as I can and they've all seen the promos. This is quite unlike the pre-debut marketing of Tim's previous shows. None of my coworkers had any idea what a "Wonderfalls" was.
Better yet, the response to the promos is very positive. Several coworkers are planning on tuning in. Fox just needs to keep pumping those promos out there so people that aren't us don't forget about it before April.
OMG how I totally loved the Tivo prayer, and that whole episode. Although I was disappointed that they didn't patch in the actual winner of the game, I thought the whole episode was completely brilliant.
What thread? Oh. Yeah.
I'm glad to see there's marketing oomph behind TV's hit Drive and I think it has real potential for there to be broad appeal. Therefore, I expect no scoffing of the mainstream non-fannish fans who come here to discuss the comparative qualities of the cars' various engines.
how funny was the TiVo prayer on HIMYM last week?
Would someone be kind enough to transcribe this for me? I feel certain that Eli, the author of the Buffista Spoiler Prayer, would be intrigued.

No. Right. No scoffing. We'll just make tommyrot and Casss talk to them, while the rest of us feel dumb.

Clearly.
And apparently a promo has recently aired during the Daytona 500 on the Speed Channel, which also doesn't suck.
Mmm. Good promo. That's the first one I've seen.
