My cousin had Fred, the Pimp car, when she was in college. He had a red leather interior and a barry white voice. He was a boat. He would comment on what you were doing ("brake is on",) fluid levels, engine temperature, turn signals ("signalling....signally")and then the usual door and window stuff. His engine eventually blew, while he narrated his death.
He had to have been a custom car. I wouldn't believe it had my uncle not supported her claims.

I'm surprised Melanie's Wendy Patrakas isn't bugging me yet (I know, based on all of 30 seconds). I found the "ginormous misunderstanding" line cute, despite it reminding me somewhat of early Fred. Who I kinda couldn't stand. Although I have liked Amy in non-Fred roles.
