Zoe: Uh huh. River, honey? He's putting the hair away now. River: It'll still be there... waiting.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

What is even happening?

I think official food for TV's HIT DRIVE would have to be food from a drive-thru.

Clearly.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Arrgh! Now perishing with regret that I didn't get to attend PBP 2003.

Have you guys heard how The Pantsless One's comic has been doing in Britain?

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

tiggy, that's a cute shot. Move your hair!

I know!! it's so frustrating. i still don't think we've gotten a decent shot together.

How about that eirefaerie?

Have you guys heard how The Pantless One's comic has been doing in Britain?

What is even happening?

Michael Muhney (Don Lamb on Veronica Mars) has fallen in love with Firefly, and Joss and Tim's work:

I could go on and on about Joss and Tim, but I think my favorite thing about their writing is the inherently flawed characters that drive this show. I love that there is so much weakness, waffling, and hesitation in each one of them.
I've copied the full text of his post into the Firefly thread here. The original is available in his LiveJournal community: [link]

What is even happening?

He is. I had to make a big disconnect from the character, before I could make that compute. He was so firmly "Lamb" in my mind, it took a while.

Lurching from one disaster to the next.

I'm not sure if this has been posted but I figure if Tim won't buy Allyson a real pony, he might buy her one of these [link]

The thing about life is :You can rehearse it all you want, But nobody else ever sticks to the script. So why bother?

Okay I hope that hasn´t been posted already, but there´s a small interview with Nathan here. They wrote Tim with two n´s though. Well at least they didn´t say he came from Buffy.

There's been some kind of racing-based gathering going on the hotel this week. Cars and boats, I believe. There are many impressive mullets.

Also, I am now entering the third week of this Bataan death march of a training and I just want to say DROP THE BOMB EXTERMINATE THEM ALL.
