My mom was always very specific about the order in which I opened gifts. The grandkids? They get to run wild and pick what they want to open first.

And, dude, I need to figure out HOW to text message people first. I think I've mastered the making of phone calls. Next up, master changing the volume without accidentally taking a picture.

My mother occaisionally tells us to open one gift before we open another (because gift A is an accessory for gift B and opening them in the wrong order gives away what gift B is) but otherwise our family just opens gifts in whatever order we choose.

Is it fairly logical to assume Drive will have finished shooting by next December (assuming it's a 13 ep order).

If it's a thirteen ep order, I'd think so. Otherwise Fox may have some scheduling problems (that's also assuming they're going to air everything).

I would assume they'll finish shooting this spring. Maybe June? So they can air all in a row, knock wood.

I think we finish the first 13 sometime in June-ish. But I can't swear to it because I don't have my calendar in front of me.

In related news, I got my rejection letter from Disney in the mail today. They wished me luck in my future endeavors. Should I reply with a picture of my parking space?

Yes, it will a long, long time before that stops being funny to me. YFMV.
