Can't you ever get your mind out of the hellmouth?

Buffy ,'Touched'

The Minearverse 5: Closer to the Earth, Further from the Ax

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls, The Inside and Drive), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

What is even happening?

I had to fold my hands to keep from making a correction post in that LJ. It seems there are a few Buffistas posting in the comments section though, so she should be corrected soon. Probably by several people. All at once.

The thing about life is :You can rehearse it all you want, But nobody else ever sticks to the script. So why bother?

Seesh, some people. Anyway I´ll keep my fingers crossed for Drive.

Also, I love the new thread title. (Yes, I know I´m late.)

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

They must have missed all the killing and sex...

The Bible has a lot of killing and sex too. Angel's story is largely about his struggle for redemption for all his wrongs (sins).

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Why restrain yourself? What's more fun than a pile on in a stranger's haunt?

Okay, never mind. I just figured I'd go ahead and say something, since no one else had.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Yeah, and I'm Angry!Girl, today.

Anyone need some rage processed?

It's just that there were already Buffistas there. I'd have felt like I was poaching their prey (not to mention correcting their friend--a total stranger to me--who seems nice enough, and just made a mistake).

I'd want to be corrected if I made a mistake, so I don't see any harm in doing it for others, politely. And she(?) seems to have taken it in the spirit in which it was intended.

I'd rather run the risk of startling a stranger than watching misinformation propagate, especially if it's through a simple mistake that's as simply remedied.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Making me laugh.

And now a tenuous connection --->speaking of LJ, I'm curious to see how Drive will be promoted on MySpace once the show gets picked up.
